MURRAY’S VINTAGE VENUE RENTAL POLICY/CONTRACT (subject to change)

Murray’s is an antique social hall, offering all inclusive video and sound system, air conditioning, in-house tables and chairs for 75, chandelier ambiance, outside patio, bar with kegerator, and handicap chair lift.

RENTAL FEE

____ $100 per hour, for 75 people. Include decorate and clean up time.

____ Serving alcohol: Add $1.00 per guest

____Having over 75 people: Add $1.00 for each. Please count walking children and older.

____Deposit of $100 for clean and damage deposit, and to hold date. Refunded if clean and no damage.

SERVING ALCOHOL: Murrays is licensed to sell beer and wine, and state regulates that outside liquor cannot be brought in

privately. 5-14% alcohol will be purchased, served, and monitored by Murray’s staff.

____Order and Prepay alcohol 2 weeks BEFORE party date or offer guests a cash bar.

____Renter agrees to protect guests from DWI and adhere to underage drinking laws.

SERVICES: Catering, Carriages/limos, DJs, and rentals can be arranged for cost plus 10%.

____When using electronic equipment, a competent technician/DJ is requested.

____Murray’s is SMOKE FREE; outside patio deck is your option.

CANCELATION: $100 deposit is forfeited. Murray’s reserves the right to void this contract and deposit is refunded. SNOW Date: No refund for bad weather, but contract will be honored for 6 months to reschedule a new date.

~~MURRAY’S IS LICENSED AND INSURED, and signing below waives your OR YOUR GUESTS’ right to hold Karen Whitesell, her designated agents, or Murray’s Vintage Venue liable for any loss caused by accident, injury, thief, or intoxication.
